3. Changes to bookings We will do our best to accommodate changes to your itinerary. Additional costs may apply depending on the nature of the change.

4. Cancellation by Vietnam Travelette In rare cases where we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer alternative options or a full refund where applicable.
